Agreement and operator

By using Bulin 47 AI Video Generator, you agree to these terms. The operator's legal name, business address, and service contact must be added before launch; the brand name alone does not identify the contracting party.

The service

The service accepts one photo and creates a short, vertical AI-generated video using an operator-configured reference clip and soundtrack. Output can vary and may be inaccurate, distorted, or unsuitable for publication. Review every result before downloading, sharing, or publishing it. Availability, models, and features may change.

Independent service and AI-generated output

Bulin 47 AI Video Generator is an independent third-party service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bulin 47, any person shown in reference materials, or their rights holders. Names, likenesses, and marks belong to their respective owners. Videos made with the service are AI-generated and may not reflect real events or a person's actual actions or endorsement. Do not present generated output as an authentic recording or use it to impersonate someone.

The service does not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable, or cleared for every proposed use. Review outputs and obtain any permissions needed before publishing or using them commercially.

Accounts, credits, and payment

You are responsible for your account and activity performed through it. The current offer is a set of one-time credit packages; the package, price, included credits, and applicable taxes are the amounts shown at checkout. Credits are consumed when a generation request is accepted, subject to the service's failure/refund handling. See the Refund Policy for failed-generation credits and payment-refund requests; rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.

Your content and permissions

You keep the rights you hold in content you upload. You grant the operator a limited permission to store, transmit, process, and display that content only to provide and secure the service and deliver the requested result.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo, video, audio track, and other material you submit, and that you have the necessary consent from recognizable people depicted. Do not upload confidential or sensitive images. The service may expose media through a unique public URL so providers can retrieve it.

You may not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; create non-consensual impersonations or intimate imagery; sexualize minors; harass, defraud, threaten, or exploit anyone; or evade a platform's rules. We may restrict or suspend content or accounts to protect users, respond to reports, or comply with law.

AI and third-party providers

The current workflow sends submitted media and generation settings to Cloudflare, Kie.ai, and Replicate, and sends payment details to Stripe. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit content you are not comfortable sending to these providers.

Deletion and retention

You can remove a saved video from your library. The service then attempts to delete its associated uploaded photo and generated video from R2 and hides the task from your library. Some account, payment, security, backup, and provider records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion may not remove copies already held by third parties.

Intellectual property and reporting

The service software and Bulin 47 brand assets are owned by their respective rights holders. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights or is abusive, report it to the verified contact address below with the relevant URL, your contact details, and an explanation of the request. The operator must publish a working reporting/takedown process before launch.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that outputs will be accurate, available, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. The operator must have local counsel review the final liability, refund, age, and governing-law terms for the markets it serves.
