About this policy

Bulin 47 AI Video Generator lets signed-in users upload one photo and request a short AI-generated video. This draft describes the data used by the current product. Before public launch, the operator must add its legal name, business address, and a working privacy contact address.

Information we process

• Account and service data: name, email address, authentication/session data, credit balance, payment/order references, video task settings, and service/security logs.
• Media: the photo you upload, the authorized reference video and audio selected by the operator, and the generated video.
• Device and usage data: browser/device details, request metadata, cookies needed for sign-in and preferences, and basic operational diagnostics.
• Payment data: checkout and transaction details handled by Stripe. Bulin 47 does not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, accept and account for purchases, run video generation, show and deliver results, respond to support requests, secure the service, and investigate failures or abuse.

Service providers and media processing

The current workflow uses Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 for application hosting, account/task records, and object storage; Kie.ai to generate video from the submitted photo and reference clip; Replicate to combine the generated video with the reference soundtrack; and Stripe for payments. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Provider names or processing locations may change; this policy must be updated before such a change is used in production.

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in the product's R2 bucket. The current delivery setup uses public object URLs so AI providers can retrieve media. Anyone who obtains one of these URLs may be able to access that object while it remains available. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or intimate photos.

Bulin 47 uses uploaded photos to provide the requested generation and related support/security operations. The service does not currently train its own general-purpose AI model on these photos. This statement does not replace the separate provider policies linked in the final production version of this page.

Retention and deletion

Video tasks and their media remain stored while they are available in your account. When you delete a video from your library, the service attempts to remove its uploaded photo and generated video from R2 and hides the task from your library. Limited task, account, payment, security, backup, and provider records may remain where needed for service operation, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations. Third-party providers and backups may retain copies under their own retention schedules. The operator must publish specific retention periods and a contact for account-level deletion requests before launch.

Cookies and security

We use cookies required for authentication and preferences. We use transport encryption and access controls to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can review or update profile details in your account and delete saved videos from your library. For access, correction, account deletion, or privacy questions, contact the operator using the verified address shown below. The operator must confirm this address before publishing.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes should be communicated to users where required.
